Your Responsibilities

- Understand and further refine how CLEW is perceived in the Chinese market
- Derive clear, actionable insights from market data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
Growth & Online Strategy
- Expand our presence across relevant Chinese platforms
- Develop and execute our digital growth strategy
- Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and strategic partners
Brand & Positioning
- Adapt and further develop our brand story for the Chinese market
Operations & Service
- Improve and scale customer support and spare parts service
- Develop and optimize fulfillment and logistics structures
E-Commerce
- Scale our online shop and improve overall sales performance
Pricing
- Analyze and optimize pricing strategy within the local competitive landscape
Mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to get to the point
- Self driven with a high sense of ownership

Skillset
