The Role

We’re looking for a Working Student – Digital Graphic Design to join our creative team and bring our brands to life across marketing channels. You’ll create high-quality, performance-led visuals across social, paid campaigns, email, and web, helping simplify complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging designs.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where your work will be used daily across multiple brands and seen by thousands of patients.

What You’ll Own

• Create digital design assets for paid, organic social, email, and web
• Design clear, accessible visuals that simplify complex healthcare topics
• Work across three brands, adapting tone and style
• Develop illustrations and visual concepts that strengthen brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights
• Ensure assets are optimised for platform, format, and readability
• Motion design is a nice bonus, but not the main focus

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled at a German university (Bachelor/Master), ideally with 1.5–2 years remaining
• Strong portfolio focused on digital graphic design and/or illustration
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition
• Confident in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (After Effects a plus)
• Good eye for social media and digital marketing design
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally
