A job that matters: Your tasks
- Support the team with various tasks
- Participation in internal investigations, e.g., attending and documenting interviews as part of investigations in response to compliance reports
- Preparation and organization group-wide training initiatives
- Independent assessment of requests related to gifts and hospitality
- Administration of the dormakaba’s Rules & Regulations
- Review of dormakaba’s donations and sponsorship activities
- Creation of quantitative and qualitative data analysis (in MS Excel), e.g., statistical analysis and target‑group‑specific preparation of compliance inquiries
- Preparation of internal and external compliance documentation
- Working on presentations on compliance topics
- Document management
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Economics, or Law
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Organizational talent and enthusiasm for presenting
- Structured, analytical, and systematic working approach
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
