Your Role

As a Working Student (f/m/d), You Will Play An Important Part In Supporting Our Administrative And Digitization Processes. Your Tasks Will Include

  • Assisting with the digitization of physical files
  • Pre-sorting and re-sorting documents
  • Scanning and saving files accurately
  • Entering bibliographic data of IP rights into databases
  • Performing other administrative tasks in the docketing area


Your Profile

  • Enrolled student status
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented working style
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Available for approx. 20 hours/week
