PROCUREMENT INTERN (M/F/D)

At Coty we are looking for ambitious Procurement Interns with a hands-on mentality for a duration of at least 6 months. As a Procurement Intern you will be working with our Indirect Procurement team for DACH and CEE based in our office in Darmstadt. This internship will start per April, 1st 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mapping of usage and expenditure by markets.
• Connect with potential partners by sharing consultation materials and gathering their innovative idea.
• Evaluate creative proposals and deliver actionable recommendations to our marketing teams.
• Assist in drafting specifications for tender documents.
• Send consultation files to suppliers.
• Analyse offers and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the contractual process.
• Provide support for environmental and social initiatives.
• Foster engagement in environmental and social responsibilities.
• Manage owned Project with local stakeholders from Marketing and Merchandising
• Analyse categories spend data, summarize key findings, and make recommendations to Category Management Team.
• Responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement goals and ensuring effective implementation of related strategies and solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for supplier compliance for Category Management Team.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on Sourcing and Category Strategies
• Participate in supplier Quarterly Business Reviews
• Drive decision making through analysis.

THE IDEAL COTY FIT

• Student (Master) or Bachelor degree
• Affinity for Digital Marketing and Merchandising in Beauty sector
• Analytical, knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI Tools)
• Proactive, agile, and hands-on, passion to solve problems and drive for results
• Good communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Quick learner and motivated to cultivate technical, business and commercial skills by applying their knowledge within our company’s environment.
• Fluent in German and English, Polish is a plus
• Previous experience in Marketing or Procurement is a plus
