You'll make an impact by
- You actively support our Supply Chain Excellence and Strategy team by helping to develop presentations, maintain status reports, and ensure smooth communication within the department
- Building on this, you create strategy-focused content for various communication platforms, engaging different audience groups with your strong written and visual skills
- Furthermore, you manage the department’s internal SharePoint webpages, keeping information accurate and up-to-date for all stakeholders
- To deepen your involvement, you contribute to research documents and analyze strategic initiatives, drawing insights from our business ecosystem and market trends
- Finally, you coordinate administrative and organizational activities, arranging meetings, workshops, and other professional gatherings to foster collaboration across the team
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- You possess strong communication skills and are experienced in creating both written and visual content
- You are able to commit at least 15 hours per week (two working days)
- Ways of Working: You are a confident, creative, and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a diverse, international environment
- Languages: You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus
