Working closely on the CEE Region, TA Team and Hiring Managers and reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support daily hiring activities and contribute to a smooth and positive candidate experience.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Working Student to join our team.
Working closely on the CEE Region, TA Team and Hiring Managers and reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support daily hiring activities and contribute to a smooth and positive candidate experience.
In This Role, You Will
- Support the coordination of candidate interviews and assessment activities.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
- Post job openings across internal and external platforms.
- Assist with candidate communication and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Support recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Help prepare documentation, reports, and hiring‑related materials.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on cross‑functional administrative tasks.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (HR, Business, Psychology or related field).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Curiosity for Talent Acquisition, HR processes, and candidate experience practices.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Part‑time working student contract.
