GamingCenter is a digital platform based in Germany that connects content creators, professional gamers, and esports coaches with their audiences through structured and bookable gaming experiences.
The company operates as a remote-first organization and focuses on building scalable solutions within the gaming and creator economy. By providing tools such as secure payments, scheduling systems, and communication features, GamingCenter supports creators in managing professional gaming interactions.
ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring and recruitment processes.
In this role, you will assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting overall talent acquisition activities. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate evaluation, and HR operations within a remote team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen applications and assist in initial candidate evaluation
• Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
• Assist in onboarding processes for new team members
• Support the creation and optimization of job descriptions
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS• Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Attention to detail and structured way of working
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in startups or digital platforms is a plus
ADDITIONAL SKILLS• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
WORKING CONDITIONS• Remote position
• Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week)
• Flexible working hours
• Internship position
COMPENSATION• 6-month internship (mandatory or voluntary, depending on university requirements)
