Job description

Key Responsibilities

Office Vehicle Management

  • Coordinate scheduling and usage of office and employee-assigned vehicles to ensure efficient allocation
  • Handle vehicle registration, licensing, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and supporting documents
  • Monitor vehicle condition and arrange regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Liaise with external partners such as repair providers, and insurance agencies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to vehicle usage
  • Manage fuel cards, parking permits, and other administrative tasks related to vehicles
  • Coordinate transportation needs, including dispatching vehicles for office and staff use
  • Track vehicle-related costs, support payments, and prepare basic usage reports

Office Operations Management

  • Daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth coordination of shared office resources across departments
  • Provide general administrative support as needed


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, currently enrolled university student or graduate
  • Previous experience in multinational or European companies is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and similar office software applications
  • Fluent in German and Chinese (excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills) for workplace communication; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • With valid driver’s license
