HR Working Student

Your challenge

Are you a devoted student and interested in the Human Resources field? Also fluent in German and good at English, then this position is just right for you! No need of HR experience, so let’s learn. You will be working as part of our international HR team.

Your responsibility

Do not worry if you do not have any HR experience we value your personality and willingness to learn new things and grow from it.

This position is all about our employees:

• Supporting the creation and management of all employee documents;
• Updating and maintain our HR systems;
• Taking care of absence management independently;
• Supporting the employee life cycle administration;
• Performing day-to-day HR tasks;
• Contribute to HR-related projects;
• Assist with general administrative tasks;
• Attend meetings and gain insights into HR strategies and practices;

Who are you?

You have a lot of positive energy and bring fresh ideas. In addition, you are studying at a university or a technical college to get your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

• You are detailed oriented;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• You are proactive, goal-oriented, responsible and willing to learn new things;
• You are available for at least 6 months;
• You speak fluent German and good English. Other European languages are a plus.
