Routine Labs is a Berlin-based AI startup building automation infrastructure for regulated industries.


We combine LLM-based workflow generation with deterministic execution in production. The result is automation that is testable, auditable and reliable rather than a black box.


Our initial focus is healthcare, but the ambition goes further: building the infrastructure that allows automation to scale reliably across complex legacy IT environments.


We are a funded early-stage startup, built by a team with experience in starting and scaling companies.


We are hiring for this position as either a Working Student or an Intern, depending on your availability.



  • Working Students can start immediately

  • Interns would typically join in the summer

  • Working Student hours: 16–20 hours per week during the semester

  • During semester breaks, there is the option to increase to up to 40 hours per week


You will work closely with our Founder’s Associate and collaborate directly with the founders. Expect flat hierarchies, fast decisions and early ownership.


Tasks

Marketing & Brand



  • Create targeted LinkedIn posts and website content

  • Turn complex AI and automation topics into clear, compelling messaging

  • Support event preparation and lead nurturing

  • Contribute to shaping our brand positioning

  • Bring your own ideas to grow visibility and reach


Sales & GTM



  • Manage automated email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  • Handle follow-ups and schedule meetings

  • Help develop case studies, one-pagers and other sales materials

  • Support the preparation and follow-up of customer conversations


You won’t just support sales. You will actively help build our market presence and shape how the company is positioned.


Requirements

You:



  • Have some initial hands-on experience in marketing or sales

  • Communicate clearly and in a structured way

  • Think entrepreneurially and bring your own ideas

  • Want to understand how B2B go-to-market actually works inside a tech startup


Bonus



  • Experience in a startup environment

  • Exposure to B2B or SaaS

  • Interest in AI, automation or technology

  • Experience with sales or growth tools such as Clay or HeyReach
