About the Role at RobCo

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern / Working Student – CCOO Office to support our Chief Customer Operations Officer (CCOO). You will be directly involved in strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and customer-focused decision-making. A key part of your role will be conducting data-driven research and analysis to inform executive priorities and guide strategic projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data, operations, and leadership in a fast-scaling robotics company.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research (e.g., customer data, market trends, performance metrics) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support preparation of executive presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze key customer operations KPIs and track progress on strategic initiatives.
- Drive and monitor cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CCOO in daily operations.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, and communication streams.
- Handle ad-hoc requests, providing structured input for executive decision-making.
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with Excel/Sheets is required, SQL/Python/BI tools are a plus.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus).
- You are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
