- From mid August 2026 for a period of 6 months
- Support in the conception and implementation of various activities in personnel marketing and employer branding, such as campaign roll-outs
- Support in the implementation of communication measures for internal as well as external communication channels (e.g. social media, career website, intranet)
- Supporting the coordination of international collaboration with our HR marketing experts on strategic projects and initiatives
- Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of various events
- Research and preparation of decision papers as well as current analyses in the area of Employer Branding
- Operational support and own idea contribution for the HR Marketing and Employer Branding
- Enrollment in a business administration, business education, communication science or similar degree program
- Initial experience in the area of personnel development/HR marketing is an advantage
- Strong IT and social media affinity
- Very good knowledge of English and proficient use of MS Office
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
- Communication skills and organizational skills
