Working Student (m/f/d) IT, Data & AI Enablement

We are seeking a passionate Working Student to join our Tech Academy team. Your primary focus will be on enabling our employees to embrace data-driven decision-making and navigate digital tools with confidence. By creating engaging training materials and presentations, you will make complex topics accessible and understandable.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials and presentations on Data, AI and digital tools, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Assist in organizing, documenting and following up on training sessions, ensuring training objectives are met and key learnings captured
• Test new AI applications and identify potential training content, contributing to our library of structured prompts
• Develop practical exercises and examples to enhance our training programs, making learning interactive and memorable
• Collaborate with the team to design modern training formats, staying updated with the latest digital trends
• Support internal communication efforts, ensuring employees are informed about training offerings
• Provide feedback and suggestions to continuously improve our training programs, fostering a culture of excellence
• Research and explore new digital tools and technologies, keeping our training initiatives relevant and innovative

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Engineering or Data Science
• Passion for data, AI and digital technologies, with a willingness to explore and learn
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual design, ensuring presentations are engaging and impactful
• Excellent communication skills in English, with German language abilities as a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and visualization techniques is preferred
• Experience with AI applications or a keen interest in learning about them is advantageous
