Learning Design Technology Internship

Do you like creating insightful and engaging content? Are you a future educator and/or interested in virtual education? Then, this internship is for you!

In this internship, you will work closely with our Head of Modules and Module Manager as you contribute to a larger team, with which you will join regular virtual meetups and training sessions.

The Basics

• The Internship will start in April 2026
• The EWOR internship will last three months
• Since this is an unpaid opportunity, it is especially important to us that you benefit from your internship by acquiring new skills!
  
  

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with our education team to create high-quality course materials that align with our curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Develop engaging, informative, and well-structured educational content that meets the needs of our target audience.
• Edit, proofread, and review educational content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Assist in education platform management, including ensuring a smooth user experience and tracking user engagement.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform content creation and platform improvements.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new courses and platform features.
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 in writing or higher )
• Experience in the field of education, for example, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following fields: instructional design, education, educational technology, adult learning, pedagogy or human resources
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google (Gdocs, GSheets, etc) products
• Effective communicator that can work with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment preferred
• Comfortable working independently and as a member of a team in a virtual work environment
• Experience with graphics design or Canva a plus.
