Job description
We’re looking for a Working Student to support our e-commerce operations at VitaminExpress in Munich. This role is ideal if you like structured work, enjoy getting things done, and want real hands-on experience in how a successful online business runs day-to-day.
You’ll help keep things running smoothly – maintaining product data, supporting campaign execution, analyzing website performance, and handling internal requests. The work is operational, but it matters. As you grow in the role, you’ll get more ownership and the chance to shape how we work.
This is a role for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Your responsibilities
- Keep product and content information up-to-date in our commerce tools and CMS
- Support campaign operations to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Set up new products and make sure all details are complete and correct
- Handle internal tickets and coordinate requests across the business
- Collaborate with Tech, Creative, and other teams to get things done
- Analyze website performance and help identify areas for improvement
- Support reporting to track performance and spot opportunities
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest ways to work smarter
What we’re looking for
- You’re currently enrolled in a degree program (business, tech, or related field)
- You work carefully and pay attention to details
- You’re comfortable with Excel and picking up new digital tools
- You have a tech affinity and enjoy working with systems
- You’re organized, reliable, and follow through on what you start
- You communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to ask questions
- You have a growth mindset – you want to get better, not just get by
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
