Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen AI Solutions Engineer (m/w/d), der an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, operativer Umsetzung und Private-Equity agiert. Die Rolle verbindet analytisches Business-Verständnis mit technologischem Interesse und klarer Umsetzungsorientierung.

Deine Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Implementierung von AI-basierten Automatisierungslösungen und digitalen Workflows in Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Operations, Finance oder Einkauf
• Effektiver Einsatz von LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) und Automation Tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate u.a.) zur Lösung konkreter betrieblicher Problemstellungen
• Integration von AI-Anwendungen in bestehende Systemlandschaften (CRM, ERP, BI etc.)
• Arbeit mit strukturierten und unstrukturierten Daten (z. B. Excel, SQL, BI-Tools) zur Vorbereitung, Analyse und Operationalisierung von Use Cases
• Aufbau pragmatischer Reporting- und Dashboard-Lösungen zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführungen und Fachbereichen zur Identifikation konkreter Anwendungsfälle und zur schnellen Umsetzung
• Erklärung, Einführung und Verankerung von AI-Lösungen im Unternehmen inklusive aktiver Stakeholder-Kommunikation

Dein Profil

Qualifikation und berufliche Erfahrung

• Sehr guter Universitätsabschluss, Studienrichtung offen (z. B. Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbar)
• Erste praktische Erfahrung in einem technologie- oder digitalisierungsnahen Umfeld (Start-up, Scale-up, Corporate Digital Labs, Tech-nahe Operations- oder DevOps-Rollen) durch relevante Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Klarer Track Record in operativer Umsetzung von digitalen oder AI-Initiativen
• Regelmäßige und intensive Nutzung von AI-Tools privat, akademisch oder beruflich

Fachliche Kompetenzen

• Sehr hohe AI-Proficiency: Überblick über aktuelle AI-Tools, Trends und Einsatzmöglichkeiten (LLMs, RAG, Agenten, Automation etc.) sowie die Fähigkeit, den richtigen Ansatz für den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall auszuwählen
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Automation-Tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate etc.)
• Sicherer Umgang mit strukturierten und unstrukturierten Daten (Excel, SQL, BI-Tools) sowie strukturiertes Verständnis für Datenmodelle
• Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an der Integration und Weiterentwicklung von CRM-, ERP- und BI-Systemen
• Grundverständnis von Systemarchitekturen und Schnittstellenlogiken
• Optional: erste Erfahrungen mit Vibe-Coding bzw. AI-gestützter Code-Generierung (Claude Code, Antigravity etc.)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer (m/f/d) who operates at the intersection of technology, operational execution, and private equity. The role combines analytical business understanding with technological interest and a strong focus on execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent implementation of AI-based automation solutions and digital workflows in areas such as sales, operations, finance, or procurement
• Effective use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.) to solve specific business challenges
• Integration of AI applications into existing system landscapes (CRM, ERP, BI, etc.)
• Working with structured and unstructured data (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) to prepare, analyze, and operationalize use cases
• Development of pragmatic reporting and dashboard solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Close collaboration with management teams and functional departments to identify concrete use cases and ensure rapid implementation
• Explaining, introducing, and embedding AI solutions within the organization, including active stakeholder communication

Your Profile

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Excellent university degree, field of study open (e.g., business, engineering, natural sciences, computer science, or comparable)
• Initial practical experience in a technology- or digitalization-oriented environment (start-up, scale-up, corporate digital labs, tech-related operations or DevOps roles) through relevant internships, working student positions, or one to two years of professional experience
• Clear track record in the operational implementation of digital or AI initiatives
• Regular and intensive use of AI tools in a private, academic, or professional context

Technical Competencies

• Very high AI proficiency: overview of current AI tools, trends, and use cases (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation, etc.) as well as the ability to select the appropriate approach for a given application
• Practical experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
• Confident handling of structured and unstructured data (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and a structured understanding of data models
• Experience or strong interest in the integration and further development of CRM, ERP, and BI systems
• Basic understanding of system architectures and interface logic
• Optional: initial experience with vibe coding or AI-supported code generation (Claude Code, Antigravity, etc.)
