As a Working Student in IT Controlling, you will support our monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the IT organization. The role is ideal for an analytically minded student who enjoys working with numbers and wants hands‑on experience in controlling within a modern IT environment.

Your Tasks

• Support period closing activities and the creation of internal invoices
• Assist with budgeting (collect inputs, maintain templates)
• Update the financial forecast and support the preparation of monthly reports (KPIs, commentaries, slide updates)
• Support invoice validation and contract management tasks (tracking terms, archiving)
  
  

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in economics/business (e.g., BWL, VWL, Finance) or a related field - ideally with a specialization in controlling
• High affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills, and a structured, results‑oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge (e.g., FI/CO) is a plus
• Good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written)
