What You'll Build
Join the IDM Data as a Service Center of Excellence (CoE) – the team ensuring that SAP has high quality third party data to power intelligent business processes across the company.
You will support the entire lifecycle of global data products and work closely with teams such as Procurement, Data Protection, Legal, and various business units. In this role, you take on operational responsibility, coordinate data contract renewals, and help optimize and automate processes.

You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and motivated to contribute to meaningful, innovative work while continuously growing.
You’re studying (or have recently completed) Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field and are excited about working in a dynamic, data driven environment.

- Take ownership of tracking contract renewals and new data product orders
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Support finance and provisioning processes, including identifying automation opportunities
- Improve renewal, onboarding, and governance processes
- Participate in meetings and follow up on action items
What You Bring
You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and motivated to contribute to meaningful, innovative work while continuously growing.

What You Bring
- A strong affinity for numbers and interest in financial processes and activities
- Solid skills in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- A high degree of independence and willingness to take initiative
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Clear, transparent communication, particularly in cross functional and virtual environments
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to work in a hybrid setup, partly on site in Walldorf and partly remote
- Academic or practical experience in data management, data governance, or finance & accounting
- Experience in procurement processes, for example with the SAP Ariba Network
