What We Do
We are a team of designers, researchers, and developers who collaborate to create engaging experiences for all of our sap.com domains.
What You´ll Build
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Support operational processes, including reporting, documentation, maintaining dashboards, and coordinating internal communications.
- Help organize workshops, team enablement sessions, and trainings, including logistics and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain and update project materials and shared workspaces (e.g., SharePoint, internal portals).
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and assist in ensuring smooth project execution.
- Conduct research and gather data to support planning, process improvement, and project analysis.
- Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- MBA preferred (current studies or intention to pursue considered an advantage).
- Strong interest in project management, operations, or business administration.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional environments.
- Proactive, independent working style with a high level of reliability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Fluent English required; German is a plus depending on team needs.
- At least 2 semester of studies remaining
- Presence in the Walldorf office required at least once per week
- Practical project management and operations experience in a global organization.
- Exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and real‑world decision‑making processes.
- Flexible working hours compatible with your studies.
- Professional growth through hands‑on tasks, mentorship, and team involvement.
