Internship Business Process Management in Operations (all genders)

Who We Are

Our mission has begun. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley, Salzgitter, and expanding our headquarters for global cell production. You will be part of an operations team and support your direct colleagues in shaping our business processes. The focus is on the value-adding business processes of the cell factory in Salzgitter.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Supporting business process modeling and maintenance – from initial capture to documentation
• Analysis of existing workflows in the operating areas in order to identify optimization potentials and harmonize business processes
• Contribution to the further development of the process landscape in the area of operations, including structuring, harmonization and quality assurance of processes
• Preparation and support of workshops with specialized departments for process recording, clarification of responsibilities and
• Alignment of process standards
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Ongoing studies in a technical or business-related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A high degree of self-motivation, initiative and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in German and/or English, both written and spoken
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Initial experience in the automotive or battery industry
• First experience in project management or business processes is desirable
