About This Role
As working student, you will support the development of new diodes and rectifiers. This includes experiments, data analysis, and measurements in the R&D electrical characterization lab. You will get in touch with Nexperia’s product portfolio of discrete semiconductors and our R&D organization.

About This Role
As working student, you will support the development of new diodes and rectifiers. This includes experiments, data analysis, and measurements in the R&D electrical characterization lab. You will get in touch with Nexperia’s product portfolio of discrete semiconductors and our R&D organization.
What You Will Do
- Electrical characterization of semiconductor wafers and final products (small signal and medium power)
- Measurements of Surge-, ESD- and switching times in our laboratory
- Automation of laboratory equipment
- Evaluation of trials, data analysis and presentation of results
- Investigations of competitor products
- Student of Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Preferred skills: Semiconductor technology, electrical measurement techniques, hardware automation, programming skills for lab automation, data analysis, SPICE
- Personal requirements: analytical thinking, team ability, working with colleagues, resilience
- Fluent in German and English, written and verbal
- Temporary contract with extension option
- Weekly working hours: max. 18 hours / week
- 19,40 € per hour
- Location: Hamburg
