YOUR ROLE

As a working student, you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing, application management, recruitment, university partnerships, events and other processes related to Recruiting and Employer Branding, connected to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight.

Requirements:
- Based in Berlin or Hamburg
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at an accredited university
- Ability to work 16-20 hours per week
- Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Some prior work experience (internships, working student, volunteering) is a merit, but not a prerequisite
