If you're eager to be part of a team that's reshaping the insurance landscape, consider this your invitation to join IPOS, the backbone of Mercedes-Benz Insurance Services. IPOS is a global platform designed to simplify and integrate insurance solutions within the Mercedes-Benz ecosystem, supporting multiple markets (currently 9) and offering a range of products, including motor insurance, payment protection, and bundled solutions. Engage with cutting-edge software development practices in a team that proudly holds a Mercedes-Benz Insurance (MBI) award for agile empowerment.

While Stuttgart is our preferred onsite location, we offer the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany to a certain extent. Teams will come together at the office on scheduled days for collaborative work and events.

Your role will involve:

  • Support the Product Owner and Requirements Engineers in gathering and structuring business requirements, facilitating discussions with the development team to ensure a shared understanding and contributing to the product's foundation
  • Testing Insights: learn from our testing experts about documenting and conducting test plans, ensuring our products meet high standards of quality and performance
  • Support the development and execution of automated tests, gaining practical experience in ensuring software quality while learning industry-standard automation tools and techniques
  • Agile Support: help our agile teams with planning processes, playing a supportive role in our product management efforts
  • Product Insights: Collect and analyze product data and user feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements, backlog prioritization, and data-driven decisions
  • Management Presentations: summarize findings and present them to management, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Support the refinement of the product communication plan and creation of internal updates for the company portal, contributing to broader awareness of the product's success throughout the organization

Join us and contribute to a team that values innovation and excellence. Your work will help shape the future of digital insurance.
