Are you passionate about CRM data, Customer Experience, and understanding what truly drives Customer Behaviour? At Mazda Europe, we are looking for a curious and analytical mind to join our team as an Intern in Consumer Intelligence & Targeting – CRM Systems.

This is more than just an internship—it’s your chance to work at the heart of our marketing ecosystem, where technology, data, and creativity come together to create meaningful customer experiences. As part of our team, you will help run and evolve our CRM ecosystem, playing a key role in how we understand and connect with our customers across Europe. In this role, you will support the management and continuous improvement of our CRM system, helping ensure that customer data is structured, reliable, and actionable. A key part of your work will be to analyse, structure customer data and contribute to building and enriching a 360° customer view, enabling our teams to understand behaviours, preferences, and interactions across multiple touchpoints.


Support the European CRM Systems Team at Mazda and its operations across all European markets to deliver outstanding customer journey and support other teams to deliver real-time, contextually aware & hyper-personalized omni-channel experiences to our consumers.


  • Support the delivery of new consumer experiences from journey design, specification, mapping & implementation starting with the identification of first party data flowing into Mazda CRM systems
  • Help enrich and maintain our 360° customer view, bringing together insights from multiple touchpoints to better understand our customers and their needs.
  • By supporting data quality initiatives, you will ensure that our teams can rely on accurate, high-quality information to make smarter decisions and deliver impactful campaigns
  • Provide reporting and presentations on project progress, problems, and solutions to Consumer Intelligence Manager/Team Lead
  • Collaborate with an international team who are passionate about innovation and customer experience
  • Organise and support regular project meetings with cross-functional team at Mazda Europe as well as European markets
  • Monitor KPI framework
  • Support the daily operations for Mazda’s European CRM platform
  • Create newsletters for all European markets around CRM Development and Consumer Intelligence Platform highlights
  • Engage with the team on CRM Platform Roadmap as well as the Consumer Intelligence Vision & Strategy
  • Providing critical feedback based on latest methodologies on CRM in general and tool specific observations if possible.


PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE


  • Advanced University degree with focus on Int. Business, Marketing Science, and/or comparable qualification
  • Previous job experience in Marketing and/or Business Analytics beneficial
  • Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce or other) highly desired
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven mindset
  • Attention to detail and a passion for high data quality
  • Strong consumer focus – persuasive, plausible, calm and pragmatic with strong analytical, interpersonal affinity
  • Advanced command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • A passion for digital marketing and customer-centric strategies


Start: 1st of June 2026

Duration: for 6 months
