Internship Order-to-Cash Area with a focus on AI & Project Management Internship start: August 2026, duration: 3 months

Start your internship in the Order-to-Cash department and help shape the future of finance! Gain valuable practical experience at the interface of finance, IT and innovation, work in a dynamic team and develop professionally and personally with modern technologies and exciting projects.

Tasks

As an intern in Order-to-Cash (O2C), you will support our team in the further development of finance processes with a focus on AI (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) and ongoing projects.

Learning practical skills with a focus on:

• AI & copilot use cases
• Support in the identification, evaluation and implementation of AI/copilot use cases in the finance environment
• Collaboration in the conception and further development of AI solutions (e.g. knowledge management, process support, automation, creation of use case descriptions, business cases and presentations, documentation of results and best practices.
• Project management PMO support: Project management support (PMO) in ongoing finance projects
• Project support and preparation of meetings, preparation of presentations and status reports
  
  

Requirements

Are you interested in finance, digitalization and AI and want to gain your first practical experience in a dynamic environment? Then you've come to the right place.

• Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
• Studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, data science or comparable
• Interested in finance processes (ideally O2C) and digitalization
• Enthusiasm for AI topics (e.g. co-pilot, automation, data analysis)
• First experience with Excel, PowerPoint; ideally first points of contact with tools such as Power BI or Copilot
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
