How You'll Impact.

Structured knowledge management. As a working student, you will play a key role in ensuring that our knowledge is well-structured, accessible, and ready for use. Your main responsibilities will include setting up projects and workflows in our databases, conducting data validation, sanitization and preparing internal meetings.

Enabling project excellence. In your daily work, you will be part of a dedicated team focusing on capture, curation, and continuous improvement of our knowledge assets. Your work will help ensure the smooth operation of our knowledge infrastructure and enable project teams to access timely, relevant information. This role offers you the chance to gain insights into procurement and supply chain management across a wide range of industries and topics. You will also see first-hand how effective knowledge management can support business success.

Seamless tool support. You will also support the management of our in-house sourcing software by setting up users and clients, as well as providing first-level support.

What You'll Bring.

You are currently enrolled in your studies in the field of business or related.

You pay high attention to detail and can work independently.

You have a well-organized, structured approach to work and have gained initial experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

You have a confident presence and feel comfortable in an international work environment. At the same time, you demonstrate professional communication skills in English (proficiency in German is an advantage).

You thrive in a team environment, remain grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction.
