Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Organizational talent: Support the planning and preparation of workshops and events, such as the Division All-Hands-Meeting, Leadership Workshops and regular management meetings
- Reliable work: Derive and execute concepts to communicate onboarding processes and internal updates into the organization (e.g. via intranet, podcasts, presentations & reports)
- Be creative: Support preparation of presentations and briefings for the PSS executive management
- Keep the overview: Analyze and track progress of initiatives, i.e. collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from different parts of the division – for example via surveys and interviews – and deduce success factors and areas of improvement
- Stakeholder management: Interface with a broad range of other globally spread functions like internal and external communications, business intelligence, marketing and operations
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Study field: Currently studying business administration, communication, marketing, engineering or similar
- Interests: High affinity for digitalization, technology, strategic communication and market trends
- Skills: Creative and talented user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint), comfortable using AI tools and collaboration tools like Confluence or iShares, etc.
- Way of working: You have a structured approach to work and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences and stakeholders. You also bring strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various interfaces in a dynamic working environment
- Creative mind: You enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple explanations
- Personality: You are a networker with an open mind and do not hesitate to take responsibility
- Language skills: You speak English fluently, while German is a plus
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
