Recruitment Intern (Europe Market)
Location: Germany (Remote)

Guiyao Tech is a global engineering and talent solutions partner supporting Chinese industrial and technology companies in their expansion across Europe and North America.
We work closely with companies in automotive, advanced manufacturing and emerging technologies, helping them build local teams and operations in overseas markets.
What you will do
– Support end-to-end recruitment projects for positions in Europe
– Conduct candidate sourcing
– Map talent pools in specific industries (e.g. automotive, engineering, industrial)
– Assist in candidate screening and interview coordination
– Prepare market insights and talent reports
What we are looking for
– Currently based in Europe (students preferred)
– Strong interest in recruitment, consulting or international business
– Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
– Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn
– Familiar with LinkedIn is a plus
