The Role We are looking for a Founders Associate who is several steps ahead. You will work directly with the founders to scale the GENZ4GTM engine. This is a "zero-to-one" role. You aren’t here to follow a manual; you are here to build the system, optimize the pipeline, and act as a strategic multiplier for the business.
- Strategic Growth Ops: You’ll manage and scale our talent ecosystem, ensuring the best SDRs and AEs in the market are connected with the right opportunities.
- Founder Leverage: You act as the tactical right hand—owning high-level research, preparing for partner meetings, and executing strategic initiatives that keep us ahead of the market.
- Content & Community: You’ll help drive our community strategy (WhatsApp, 8PM Social, LinkedIn), ensuring our voice stays sharp, authentic, and "No Day Pause."
- Special Projects: From automating outbound flows to launching new revenue streams—if it moves the needle, you own it end-to-end.
- High Agency: You don't ask "what do I do next?" You see a gap and you close it.
- A "Step Ahead": You think two moves down the board. You are organized, fast, and proactive.
- Communication Elite: Your German and English are top-tier (C1/C2). You can mirror the voice of a founder and talk to candidates and partners with absolute confidence.
- Tech-Native: You live in Notion, HubSpot/Salesforce, and LinkedIn. You know how to leverage AI to move 10x faster than anyone else.
- Ambitious: You likely have 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent high-level internships) in Startups, VC, or fast-paced Sales.
- The Network: Direct access to founders, VCs, and the top 1% of GTM talent in Europe.
