About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join Lohmann Performances GmbH in a key role within our finance and administration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, controlling, or related fields, with the ability to support the company’s strategic objectives through effective financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data according to applicable standards and regulations.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit preparations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
