Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data according to applicable standards and regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audit preparations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
