To support our team Real Estate Asset Management International , we are looking for a working student (m|f|d) at our Munich location as soon as possible, where your on‑site presence will be required. Shape the future with us: Support the preparation of cash flow analyses related to yield and performance management Assist with real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as the coordination and controlling of external service providers Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of property budgets, and help plan and execute maintenance and value-enhancing property improvements Support our communications and digital marketing initiatives by creating compelling content for social media channels, including LinkedIn and real estate websites Your talents: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on real estate You have a strong interest in the real estate sector and are eager to deepen your practical understanding of property-related investments You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint These benefits await you: Flexibility: coordinating your weekly working hours and your place of work, or on‑site presence, with your team – and thereby having the opportunity to balance studies, work, and leisure.
