Your tasks

  • Work with the L&D team on improving HR processes
  • Produce and deliver E-Learning content
  • Methodical and didactical structure of the training contents
  • Support in technical development of Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide administrative support


Your profile

  • University studies (pedagogy, adult education or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Self-organized and structured working style
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
  • Hands-on mentality and highly motivated to take up responsibility and to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Knowledge in authoring tools / knowledge of methodology/didactics for the design of training courses is an asset
  • Technology enthusiasts are welcome
