We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Consultant - (M/F/X) to join the Consulting team, on a Working Student Contract for 1 year, based in Berlin.

We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Consultant - (M/F/X) to join the Consulting team, on a Working Student Contract for 1 year, based in Berlin.
Under the supervision of the Associate Manager ESG Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Discover strategic sustainability topics (e.g. research, regulatory analysis, peer benchmarking)
- Design their sustainability roadmaps (e.g. decarbonization trajectory definition, projects management, action planning)
- Deploy the Deepki ready sustainability platform (platform set-up, configuration, maintenance)
- Measure their performance (e.g. sustainability reporting, sustainability scoring, sustainability certificates)
- Strong interest in real estate and sustainability
- Innovative and proactive mindset
- Will to learn and grow
- Proficient at using analytical and visualization tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Curious about our data driven sustainability platform Deepki Ready
- Excellent listening and proactive communication skills
- Fluent in German & English
- Pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Business, Social Sciences, Architecture, or similar disciplines
- Based in Berlin
- Experience in real estate and/or sustainability
- Programming skills (Python/R)
- Proficiency in additional languages
