Wir suchen eine(n) ambitionierte(n) und unternehmerisch denkende(n) Founders Associate Intern, der/die uns auf diesem Weg begleitet. Das Praktikum ist auf 6 Monate ausgelegt, mit klarer Perspektive auf eine Festanstellung bei herausragender Performance. Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern zusammen und erhältst umfassende Einblicke in sämtliche Bereiche des Unternehmens. Dies ist kein klassischer 9–5 Job: Wir bauen schnell und suchen Menschen, die in leistungsorientierten Umfeldern aufblühen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern an strategischen und operativen Projekten
• Unterstützung bei Immobilienankäufen, Underwriting und Deal Sourcing
• Mitarbeit im Bereich Investor Relations sowie bei Fundraising-Materialien und Kommunikation
• Optimierung und Skalierung von Property Management und operativen Prozessen
• Mitwirkung am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Plattform
• Unterstützung bei Wachstumsinitiativen, Partnerschaften und Expansion in neue Märkte
• Übernahme von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten (Real Estate, Operations, Strategie)
• Effizienter Einsatz von AI-Tools zur Steigerung von Geschwindigkeit und Qualität
• Unterstützung bei operativen Aufgaben vor Ort (z. B. Möbelmontage, Problemlösungen in den Objekten)

Dein Profil

• Mindestens Bachelorabschluss mit sehr guten Leistungen
• Erste Erfahrung in Startups, Immobilien, VC, Consulting oder vergleichbaren dynamischen Umfeldern
• Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungsstärke
• Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
• Allrounder-Mentalität mit Freude an vielfältigen Aufgaben
• Starkes Interesse an der Schnittstelle von Immobilien und Technologie
• Belastbar und leistungsstark in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
• Ambitioniert mit langfristiger Perspektive
• Sicher im Umgang mit AI-Tools (qualitätsorientiert, kein slob)
• Wohnsitz in München
• Plus: Führerschein und gelegentliche Verfügbarkeit eines Autos

Founders Associate Intern (6 months → Full-Time) 

CoLiviq is transforming the co-living experience by creating high-quality, fully furnished, and move-in-ready rooms and apartments for modern living. Focused on providing comfortable housing, CoLiviq emphasizes digital experiences, flexible terms, and a sense of community for tenants. For property owners, developers, and investors, CoLiviq offers end-to-end solutions, from renovation and development to leasing, operations, and management, all powered by an integrated technology platform. 

We’re looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Founders Associate Intern to join us on this journey. This is a 6-month internship with a clear path to a full-time role for outstanding performers. You’ll work directly with the founders and get hands-on exposure across the entire business. This is not a 9–5 role: we’re building fast and expect applicants who thrive in high-performance environments.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational projects
• Support and drive property acquisitions, underwriting, and deal sourcing
• Assist with investor relations, fundraising materials, and communication
• Help scale and improve property operations and management processes
• Contribute to building and shaping our digital platform
• Drive growth initiatives, partnerships, and expansion into new markets
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects across real estate, operations, and strategy
• Use AI tools effectively to increase speed and quality of execution
• Occasional furniture-assembly and solving on-the-ground problems at our properties 

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum), strong academic background
• Previous experience in startups, real estate, VC, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments
• Self-starter with a strong bias toward action
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity
• A true jack-of-all-trades who enjoys wearing multiple hats
• Proven interest in both real estate and/or technology
• Thrive in high-speed, high-responsibility environments
• Ambitious with a long-term mindset
• Know how to use AI tools intelligently (not just output slob)
• Based in Munich
• Plus: Driver’s license + access to a car
