Operations & Automations Intern (f/d/m)

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Automations Intern (f/d/m) who loves to streamline processes across functions and systems.

YOUR MISSION

• Drive high-priority, cross-functional projects in collaboration with team members and senior leadership.
• Architect zero-touch workflows by deploying AI and low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
• Optimize the scalability of CEEZER’s transaction lifecycle, from onboarding to transactions, invoicing, and delivery.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Construct dynamic BI reports and leverage data analysis to automate alerts and ensure real-time visibility into operational performance.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Nearing the final stages or successful completion of your academic (bachelor's/master's) journey with outstanding achievements.
• Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, VC/PE, or another dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong determination to go the extra mile, coupled with a willingness to tackle essential tasks head-on.
• Swift adaptability to shifting priorities within a dynamic business environment.
• An analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficient Excel skills. Experience with low-code tools or BI tools is a plus.
• Residing in Berlin or demonstrating a willingness to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
• Excellent communication abilities in English, German is a plus.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
• Available from September 1, 2026, for a minimum of 4 months.
