About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Working Student (m/f/d) to support the research partnerships at our innovative robotics company. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research collaboration, and strategic project support in the robotics and AI sector.

You will play a key role in preparing and organizing research related events such as hackathons, challenges, and technology demos, as well as supporting the identification of relevant research studies and collaboration opportunities. This role is ideal for students with strong organizational and communication skills who want to gain exposure to industry-academic partnerships and cutting-edge robotics projects.

Your Responsibilities

Research Partnerships

  • Assist in identifying potential academic, industry, and research collaborations.
  • Support in tracking and aligning companywide research collaborations.
  • Support preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, and summaries.

Communication and Coordination

  • Coordinate communication with participants in test and evaluation phases
  • Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation related to partnerships and events.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for the Research Partnership team.
  • Support project tracking, data collection, and reporting of partnership outcomes.

Event and Project Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events such as hackathons, robotics challenges, demos, and workshops.
  • Support logistics, scheduling, and communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Help prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional content.

Essential Skills

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Communication, Management, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in robotics, AI, or technology-driven research projects.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
