The Role

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our digital transformation through workflow automation and AI enablement. In this role, you will develop Power Automate workflows, create simple AI use cases, and support employees in adopting modern digital tools. You will collaborate closely with the IT team to improve processes, documentation, and user training. The position offers hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies (mainly Copilot) in a global business environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline business processes
• Support departments in identifying automation and AI opportunities and translating them into practical solutions
• Create and maintain documentation, templates, and user guides for workflows and digital tools
• Assist in planning and delivering internal AI trainings, workshops, and enablement materials
• Develop AI use cases using Copilot

About You:

• Enrolled Student, preferably in IT, Engineering, Science or realted field
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps
• Basic experience with Microsoft Power Automate and scripting or automation logic
• Initial exposure to AI tools and Data handling skills
• Documentation & process mapping
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem-solver with the eager to learn and adapt new skills
• Teamplayer with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English language, German as a plus
