Mission
As the leader of autonomous vehicle solutions in industry and aviation, TractEasy is successfully and rapidly growing its business in the EMEA region. To match the needs for internal operations, business development and support, we are looking for a talented and motivated Operations Intern (m / f / d) in our office in Berlin.
As part of our global Operations team, you’ll jump in as an Operations Intern and help us build, run, and improve the engine behind everything we do. You’ll support process design, execution, and monitoring - while also jumping into live projects wherever help is needed. We’re growing fast - so strong, scalable processes are key to delivering great products and experiences to our customers. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for someone hands-on, curious, and eager to learn - ready to get exposure across operations, project and sales support.

Activities
In this role, you will:
- Support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of core operational processes
- Assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth deployment and performance of our solutions
- Monitor key metrics and help identify inefficiencies or opportunities for optimization
- Jump into cross-functional projects (operations, product, sales) and help drive them forward
- Help build and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing insights to support decision-making
- Contribute to scaling our operations as we grow across markets

Your profile

Requirements
- Recently completed or in the final stages of a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Strong interest in operations, process-foundations, and how companies scale
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Structured thinker with a problem-solving mindset
- Curious and eager to learn across different domains (ops, product, sales)
- Team player who can also take ownership of tasks independently
- Experience in automotive, robotic or similar industries is a big plus
Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Proactive with a strong customer and team focus, as well as a passion for service excellence
- Able to work independently, self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a multinational environment
Languages skills
- Business fluent (written and spoken) English
- German, French or other languages are a big plus
