The Role

This is a hands-on internship at the core of an early-stage startup. You will work directly with the founders and support the build-up of sales and customer success from day one. There are no predefined “intern tasks”. Instead, you will take real responsibility in key go-to-market areas and contribute directly to execution and outcomes. No coffee runs, real impact.


What You Will Do

  • Support the setup and development of sales and customer success structures
  • Improve, structure, and automate core go-to-market processes
  • Build analytics and reporting to support data-driven decisions
  • Prepare and accompany sales and customer meetings
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the early go-to-market strategy


What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally with a business, technical, or related focus
  • First exposure to business development, sales, or customer-facing work
  • Structured, reliable working style with a fast grasp of new topics
  • High initiative, strong execution mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Strong interest in building an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Ideally first experience in dynamic environments such as startups, venture capital, or consulting

Conditions

  • Full-time internship, minimum duration of 3 months
  • Based in Berlin
  • Start immediately or by agreement
  • Close integration into day-to-day operations with high execution expectations
  • Fair compensation of €15 per hour
