Working Student (x|f|m) Process Management

We are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) Process Management for the Project Management & Support department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process management by supporting the analysis, documentation and improvement of business processes across different teams.

This position is available for part-time at

our headquarters in Göttingen.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the analysis of existing business processes and identification of improvement opportunities
• Contributing to the structured documentation of end‑to‑end process flows
• Assisting with the modeling and visualization of processes
• Providing support in preparing workshops and alignment sessions with relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating process documentation, including the use of tools such as Signavio
  
  

What will convince us

• Enrollment in Business Engineering, Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a related discipline
• Initial exposure to process management, BPM methods or process modeling is an advantage
• Ideally first experience with process visualization tools (e.g. Signavio)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Structured, reliable and detail‑oriented working approach
• High level of motivation and ability to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills and interest in cross‑functional collaboration
• Good command of German and English
