Working Student Capture Management and Global Key Account Management Technology Systems (m/f/d)

Join our Strategic Markets & Accounts Division in München (Germany) at the earliest possible date. Rohde & Schwarz is looking for a motivated working student to reinforce our Capture Management and Global Key Account Management (GKAM) teams. In this fastmoving role you will help reshape internal processes, adapt to rapid market changes, and lay the groundwork for the next phase of growth and innovation in our technology systems portfolio.

Your tasks

• Training and Enablement Design a training concept and develop supporting materials to bring the sales organization up to speed. Conduct workshops or elearning sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Strategic Challenging & Reviews Participate in major sales projects, contributing to the analysis, challenge, and review of winstrategies. Prepare winplans, risk assessments, and competitive positioning documents
• Team Support Provide administrative and coordinatory support to ensure seamless collaboration within the team
• Insights & Recommendations Collect market, customer, and competitor data; transform it into actionable insights for the Capture Management and GKAM teams. Draft recommendation briefs that help shape future strategies and initiatives
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Current studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or comparable field of studies
• Strong analytical skills, well-developed communication as well as organizational skills
• Initial experience in a sales function is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Self-directed approach to work, strong job commitment and team player
• Enjoys working in international teams, combined with strong communicative skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English and German
