CUSTOMER SERVICE INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS
The CS Customer Care team is the interface between the Japanese headquarters, other departments within Mazda Motor Europe and more than 20 markets across Europe to support and improve Mazda customer service. This involves amongst others contact with customers and the markets including improving processes and the IT systems for our European customer centres.
- Independent processing and organisation of projects
- Interacting with the customer service centres across Europe
- Organising and supporting our European Customer Centres in responding to customer enquiries and complaints.
- Preparation of training materials for European Customer Centres
- Preparation of regular reports for the management

- Student of business administration, organisational studies, communications or comparable field of study
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with multiple parties
- Proactive, and strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Emotional intelligence and an eye for customer-oriented behaviour
- Motivation, flexibility and the ability to work independently
- High affinity to the automotive industry
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
