The internship will of course be remunerated.

Tasks

During your internship, you will work at the interface of eLearning, innovation and corporate strategy. You will support us in the development of innovative learning formats for aviation personnel - from the design of new eLearning courses to the integration of AI tools.

  • Bringing AI to life in training - developing and testing new eLearning concepts with the support of ChatGPT & Co.
  • Implementing learning content creatively - through storyboards, prototypes and interactive media
  • Shaping the future - working on strategic projects to further develop our product portfolio
  • Analyze & evaluate trends - methodical-didactic and commercial evaluation of modern learning technologies
  • Working in a network - close collaboration with various specialist departments
  • Sharing knowledge - supporting the planning and implementation of workshops

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be in at least your fourth semester of study at the time of the internship.

  • Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in the case of a mandatory internship a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
  • Degree in e.g. business psychology, instructional design, media education, educational technology or computer science
  • Enthusiasm for digital learning and new technologies
  • Confident handling of ChatGPT or comparable AI applications
  • Ideally initial experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Miro etc.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a desire to work independently
