Internship Cultural Development Internship start: June 2026, duration: 6 months
Job description
Our Cultural Transformation team designs effective initiatives that engage employees, support leaders, and make cultural change tangible in everyday work. As an intern, you’ll be a full-fledged member of this team and will work closely with internal stakeholders, leaders, and experts from HR, Communications, and Change Management.

You’ll help us make our cultural evolution measurable, visible, and tangible. Specifically, this means:
- Contributing to projects related to organizational development, transformation support, and cultural change
- Assisting with community management in internal networks
- Support in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of cultural initiatives and change workshops
- Analysis of existing processes and development of improvement strategies
- Support in coordinating with internal departments, external partners, and interdisciplinary teams
- Independently handling small work packages within the task portfolio
- Collaboration in implementing measures to engage all employee groups (e.g., cabin crew, flight operations, ground staff, administration)
- Creation of multimedia communication formats (presentations, stories, internal campaigns)
- Collaboration on change processes and support for workshops, exchange formats, learning sessions, or executive formats
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, documentation for leadership teams, and decision-making proposals

You’re a good fit for us if you’re passionate about cultural development and enjoy working in a dynamic environment:
- At least 3. semester of studies in communication studies, psychology, business administration, HR management, sociology, or transformation/organizational studies during the internship
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship taken between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- Ability to present complex content clearly and comprehensibly
- Previous experience in facilitation, project work, or change management is a plus
- Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint is particularly important)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment of working with groups
- High motivation, initiative, reliability, and flexibility
