Tasks

You will support the design of an initiative to strengthen a culture characterized by team spirit and cooperation in the logistics environment at the FRA hub.

• Do you find a logistics environment at the airport exciting, do you have the necessary empathy and knowledge of human nature to empathize with the employees working there and are you interested in identifying and initiating the necessary framework conditions to create a culture that is based on team spirit, positive cooperation and open and constructive communication with each other?
• You can deal with headwinds in change processes and are able to take criticism and work under pressure. You enjoy working with people and are a team player.
• You develop creative ideas and implement them together with us as part of the initiative and other activities.

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's program (gap year)
• Strong communication skills
