What you'll do

  • Keep the PMO running smoothly by supporting administrative tasks, documentation, tracking, and basic reporting
  • Create engaging internal communications (e.g., Yammer posts, updates, short write-ups) that inform and connect our global teams
  • Plan and prepare meetings and workshops end-to-end—agendas, materials, logistics—and drive follow-up actions to completion
  • Build and refine PMO templates, slides, and trackers in M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) to boost clarity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries, ensuring information flows clearly and on time

Who you are

  • Enrolled bachelor student in Business/Management (or a related field) with initial practical experience (e.g., internship or apprenticeship)
  • A strong writer and communicator in English and German, able to tailor tone and messages to different audiences
  • Social-media savvy with a creative mindset and an eye for clear, impactful content.
  • Quick to grasp new topics, structured and logical in your approach, with a basic technical understanding and high quality standards
  • A proactive team player who enjoys a diverse, international environment, works independently, and confidently uses M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
