Your mission
- Support strategic initiatives at IONITY with a strong focus on strategy development, conceptualization, and communication
- Contribute to the development of strategic concepts, frameworks, and decision foundations across key business topics
- Translate strategic priorities into clear narratives, structured analyses, and actionable recommendations
- Drive conceptual thinking on cross-functional topics, structuring ambiguity into tangible approaches and solutions
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare high-quality, executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate insights, storylines, and recommendations
- Support the translation of strategy into execution frameworks and action items
- Collaborate across functions to align strategic initiatives and ensure clarity on priorities and next steps
- Enrolled Master’s student in business, economics, management or a comparable field
- Strong interest in strategy development, corporate strategy, and conceptual problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous topics
- Proven ability to translate insights into clear, structured storylines and recommendations
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with a strong focus on creating compelling, executive-level presentations
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with data analysis, KPIs, and deriving insights from datasets
- First exposure to strategy, consulting, or corporate development topics is a plus
- Highly structured, independent working style combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experiences in the automotive and EV charging industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Availability for approx. 6–12 months, part-time (around 20h/week)
