- You will be a member of the business unit's Global Commercial Excellence team and gain deep insights into the world of Adhesive Technologies in critical infrastructure and machinery
- You will develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners to strengthen Henkel’s market presence in critical infrastructure and industrial machinery segments
- You will be using Excel and Power BI, analyzing a variety of data sets about partners to cluster and prioritize them and identify opportunities to scale business with partners
- You will be actively contributing to the preparation of mid- and long-term strategies
- You will be working hand-in-hand with multi-disciplinary teams and colleagues around the world, including top management to gather insights and validate data
- You will make use of your language skills supporting strategic initiatives in an international and multi-lingual working atmosphere
- Student who is currently pursuing a (master’s) degree in economics, engineering, business analytics or related studies
- Relevant practical experience, preferably in marketing, sales, strategy or business development
- Fluent English language skills with proven communication abilities for engaging senior management stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency, Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Highly self-motivated with good organizational skills to drive projects forward independently
- True team player: team’s success matters more than individual ambitions
- Ability to manage and analyze datasets with attention to detail
- Availability as of April 2026 for 5 - 6 months
