Graphic Design & Illustration for LinkedIn
Part-time · Hybrid (Berlin) · €15/hour+
Hi, I’m Felix 👋
I’m an author, speaker and consultant helping companies rethink innovation and culture.
Through LinkedIn and my newsletter The Psychology of Innovation, I share practical thinking tools with over 4,000 innovation leaders. My content focuses on simple mental models, behavioural science and practical innovation tools.
Many of these ideas start as YouTube videos or YouTube Shorts. From there, they are repurposed into LinkedIn posts, visuals, carousels and newsletter content.
Your role will be to turn these ideas into clear, simple visuals that help people instantly understand the idea.
The goal is not decoration.
The goal is visual thinking.
What you’ll do
- Turn ideas, frameworks and mental models into simple illustrations or graphics
- Create visual content for LinkedIn posts, carousels and newsletter materials
- Repurpose ideas from YouTube videos and Shorts into visual formats
- Support the creation of visual lead magnets and learning materials
- Collaborate with me on visual storytelling and content experiments
- Help publish and manage content across LinkedIn and other platforms
What I’m looking for
You are currently enrolled as a student (required for working student status in Germany) and ideally study something related to:
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Illustration
- Media Design
You:
- Think visually and enjoy translating ideas into graphics
- Can create simple, tasteful and clever illustrations
- Write and communicate fluently in English
- Are reliable, curious and learn fast
- Are interested in content creation and social media
- You live in Berlin (or will move here soon). This role is hybrid.
